Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia who possess a valid local mobile number and a registered Chef Wan Cooks (CWC) App account. This excludes employees and their immediate family members working for Chef Wan Group of Restaurants, its direct partners, or subsidiaries.
  2. Reward Redemption: Rewards can be redeemed by any current, valid CWC member who meets the specified campaign conditions.
  3. Valid Location & Period: Redemption is valid exclusively at the De.Wan 1958 at The Exchange TRX Mall. The reward is valid for up to 30 days from the date of issuance (or as otherwise specified in the reward details).
  4. How to Redeem: Members must present the specific reward code to the cashier before payment for redemption.
  5. Substitution Policy: In the event that our Signature Bubur Som-Som is unavailable, Chef Wan Group of Restaurants reserves the right to substitute the item with another product of equal or similar value.
  6. Non-Transferable: The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Management Rights: Chef Wan Group of Restaurants reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or disqualify any individual or group that does not comply with the stated terms, without prior notice.
