Terms & Conditions
- Entries can be earned by any current valid CW Cooks member by meeting the conditions as detailed below.
- Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia with a valid local mobile number and a CW Cooks App account, with the exception of individuals (and family members) that work with/for Chef Wan Group of Restaurants, or any of its direct partners or subsidiaries.
- Entries will be granted with points earned through purchases from De.Wan 1958 and Cafe Chef Wan outlets, or via https://order.cafechefwan.my and https://order.dewan.space with valid membership credentials at time of purchase.
- Entry will be recorded only when you choose to redeem either 100 points or 1,000 points.
- Requests for entries due to failure to meet T&C #3 and/or #4 will not be entertained.
- Maximum of one prize per winner.
- Winner will be randomly drawn from the list of entries at the end of the campaign period. Decision of the winner is final. Prize will be available for self-pickup at the De.Wan 1958 or Cafe Chef Wan outlet of your choice. If the winner prefers the prize to be delivered, delivery charges will be borne by the winner. By choosing delivery - the winner also agrees to not hold Chef Wan Group of Restaurants liable for any damage to the product, or loss during the course of the delivery.
- Winners will be announced by the X of January 2025. Winner decision is final.
- In the event that any of the prizes are unattainable by Chef Wan Group of Restaurants for any reason at the end of the campaign, Chef Wan Group of Restaurants will substitute the prize for a prize of equal or similar value.
- Chef Wan Group of Restaurants reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Chef Wan Group of Restaurants reserves the right to disqualify any individual / group that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
