Terms & Conditions

  1. Entries can be earned by any current valid myBurgerLab+ member by meeting the conditions as detailed below.
  2. Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia with a valid local mobile number and a myBurgerLab+ App account, with the exception of individuals (and family members) that work with/for myBurgerLab, or any of it's direct partners or subsidiaries.
  3. 1 Entry will be granted with purchase of each non-promo Main (Set) purchased in-store from myBurgerLab or myBurgerLab Chick N' Buns, or via https://order.myburgerlab.com/ with valid membership credentials at time of purchase.
  4. Main (Set) = Burger / Frank + Sides + Bottled Water / Canned Soda / Bottomless Soda.
  5. Entry will be recorded only when;
    In-store: App membership ID is scanned upon making the purchase.
    Order website: Accurate mobile number is input when making the order (the number associated with your myBurgerLab+ account).
  6. Request for entries in conditions of failure to meet the requirements in T&C #4 will not be entertained.
  7. Winner will be randomly drawn from the list of entries at the end of the campaign period. Decision of winner is final. Prize will be available for self-pickup at the myBurgerLab outlet of your choice. If the winner prefers the prize to be delivered, delivery charges will be borne by the winner. By choosing delivery - the winner also agrees to not hold myBurgerLab liable for any damage to the product, or loss during the course of the delivery.
  8. The winner will be given the option to select the iPhone color of their choice. Availability of this color will be dependant on availability of stocks, and may affect prize arrival times.
  9. In the event that the iPhone 13 is unattainable by myBurgerLab for any reason at the end of the campaign, myBurgerLab will substitute the prize for a prize of equal or similar value.
  10. myBurgerLab and Coca Cola reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  11. myBurgerLab and Coca Cola reserves the right to disqualify any individual / group that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
