HOW TO GAIN AN ENTRY

1 Bonus Entry will be granted for orders of non-promo Awesome Fries, regardless of whether it is part of a set meal, or ordered ala carte.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Entries can be earned by any current valid myBurgerLab+ member by meeting the conditions as detailed below.
  2. Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia with a valid local mobile number and a myBurgerLab+ App account, with the exception of individuals (and family members) that work with/for myBurgerLab, or any of it's direct partners or subsidiaries.
  3. 1 Entry will be granted with purchase of each non-promo Burger (Set) purchased in-store from myBurgerLab outlets as listed on https://myburgerlab.com/locations/, or via https://order.myburgerlab.com with valid membership credentials at time of purchase.
  4. Burger (Set) = Burger + Normal Sides + Bottled Water / Canned Soda / Bottomless Soda / In-House Drinks.
  5. 1 Bonus Entry will be granted for orders of non-promo Awesome Fries, regardless of whether it is part of a set meal, or ordered ala carte.
  6. Entry will be recorded only when;
    In-store: App membership ID is scanned upon making the purchase.
    Order website: Accurate mobile number is input when making the order (the number associated with your myBurgerLab+ account).
  7. Entries from purchases will reflect on the campaign page within 24 hours of purchase.
  8. Request for entries due to failure to meet T&C #4 and/or #5 will not be entertained.
  9. Maximum of one prize per winner.
  10. Winner will be randomly drawn from the list of entries at the end of the campaign period. Decision of winner is final. Prizes will be fulfilled via either phone call, messaging or e-mail. Upon fulfilment of the prizes, the winners bear full responsibility to utilize prizes within their designated validity dates.
  11. Winners will be announced by the 31st of January 2025. Winner decision is final.
  12. In the event that any of the prizes are unattainable by myBurgerLab for any reason at the end of the campaign, myBurgerLab will substitute the prize for a prize of equal or similar value.
  13. myBurgerLab reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  14. myBurgerLab reserves the right to disqualify any individual / group that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
