  • Application process will take 2-3 working days. A notification will be sent to your app upon completion of verification process.
  • RM10 e-voucher is valid for 3 months from the date you receive it on your app. T&C apply.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Once submitted, your application will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  2. Important note: Please ensure the screenshot of your Digital Certificate shows your Name (as per NRIC), NRIC Number and all Vaccination Details (refer to sample above).
  3. When your application is successful, a voucher will be pushed to your Frank Laurent App 'My Rewards' Page.
  4. Voucher is applicable for use in-store, or in-app (delivery or takeaway orders).
  5. One application per person only.
  6. Registration must be made from your own Frank Laurent App only. Upon redemption at cashier, you are only entitled to claim the voucher from your own Frank Laurent App account.
  7. Voucher is valid for 3 months upon issuance, no extensions.
  8. Cashier reserves the right to request for your NRIC to verify your identity upon claiming the deal.
  9. Frank Laurent reserves the right to deny, reject, or disqualify any individual should there be any suspected cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or any other actions deemed to be misleading, whether intentional or unintentional.
  10. Frank Laurent reserves the right to modify terms & conditions or abort promotion at any time without prior notice.
